We will respond to your request within four weeks.

L&D Support International Products BV takes the protection of your data very seriously and takes all necessary measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration.

Our products use Sentry to detect, analyse and resolve technical errors and malfunctions. Sentry helps us improve the stability, security and quality of our software.
When an error occurs, technical information may be recorded, such as error messages, the time of the error, the browser used, operating system, device or session data, IP address and technical log data. This data is used solely for error analysis, security, maintenance and improvement of our products.
We do not use Sentry for marketing purposes or profiling. Where possible, we limit the recorded data to what is necessary for detecting and resolving errors. Any personal data that may appear in error messages or log data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable retention periods.
To the extent that Sentry acts as a processor, we have made appropriate arrangements regarding the security and processing of data.
